These CBT Modules provide everyone involved in all aspects of Shipping and Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Sea with essential information to ensure that Dangerous Goods are carried on board Ships with safety. Contains detailed information and instruction on : Classification of Dangerous Goods - IMDG Code Dangerous Goods List - Packing and Tank Provision - Consignment Procedures - Construction and Testing of Packagings - Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBC's) - Large Packagings - Portable tanks and Road Tank Vehicles - Stowage and Segregation - Waste - Emergency Procedures (EmS) - Medical First Aid Guide (MFAG) - Reporting Procedures - Packing Cargo Transport Units - Use of Pesticides in Ships - INF Code
“Self Teach” (work through) sessions with “Self Assessment” Questions & Exercises - Trainees are informed whether their answers are correct or wrong, and correct answers then provided. Results are provided as a percentage for each session.
“Menu Mode” - Access to all information by use of menus
“Questions” - a comprehensive selection of questions on ALL aspects of shipping Dangerous Goods and knowledge of the IMDG code. Answers are recorded to disc and a log generated for each trainee’s answers and percentage achieved.
